Your comfort & wellbeing

Terms and Conditions

Before your sound bath, please take a moment to read the participation information below.

Before your sound bath

Your comfort and wellbeing are important to Sandra. Sound baths are generally a gentle and relaxing experience, but everyone experiences sound differently.

Before joining, please let Sandra know if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or seizures, a pacemaker or implanted medical device, significant hearing sensitivity or tinnitus, or any health condition you feel she should be aware of.

If you’re unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you, please check with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional beforehand.

During your session

A sound bath may include crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums and other acoustic instruments. Sound levels, frequencies and vibrations will vary throughout the session.

Individual responses vary. You may experience physical or emotional sensations, relaxation, drowsiness, discomfort or heightened sensitivity to certain sounds.

You are always welcome to sit up, change position, move further away from an instrument, use hearing protection, step outside or leave at any time without needing to explain why. Listen to your body and communicate any discomfort.

A complementary wellbeing practice

Sound baths are offered as a complementary wellbeing and relaxation practice, not a replacement for medical care. Sandy’s Sound does not diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions.
